Pets: Companion animals are not allowed inside the Fairgrounds. The noises, sounds and crowds are too much to ask an animal to endure. We do welcome service animals, which are trained to handle these experiences.
Wheelchairs and Strollers: Manual wheelchairs, motorized scooters and strollers are available for rent at the fairgrounds, but cannot be reserved in advance. Booth is located at the Northwest Gate.
First Aid: The Winston-Salem Rescue Squad is available next to the Home and Garden Building to attend to any first aid issues.
Paging: Paging service is provided at the fee of $1.00 per page at the Clock Tower Information booth.
Lost and Found: If you loose keys, wallets, id's, etc. during the Fair, you may check at the Clock Tower Stage Information booth to see if it has been turned in. If it has not been located before you leave the Fair, you may call the Fair office at 336-727-2236. Note: some things still show up within 2 weeks after the Fair, you may still contact the office Monday - Friday from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
Baby Changing/Feeding: WIC has a tent between the Clock Tower Information Booth and the Grandstand.
ATM's: There will be three ATM's on the Fairgrounds. BB&T will have two beside of the Clock Tower Information Booth and Tristone Bank will have one in the inner-lobby of the Annex across from Information Booth.
